CNC Milling

Two high-speed CNC milling machines allow Decomecc to provide you with tailored products close to their final dimensions. Our experts mainly work based on your technical drawings provided in dwg or dxf format. From previously produced sheets, we produce largely low-wastage, burr-free cut shapes with the requested blind holes, pocketing and banding lines. We also prepare weld edges.

During the whole process, there is no heat transfer into the sheet. Depending on the dimensions of the plates, a vacuum strip stacker can accurately stack in one or in two positions. During the transfer, scrap parts are automatically separated from the end product. The individual stacks are wrapped in foil and strapped with strips
